As a result of our reporting on IBM’s CEO Arvind Krishna admitting to using coercion to fire people and take away their bonuses unless they discriminate in the hiring process, America First Legal just filed a federal lawsuit against IBM’s subsidiary Red Hat for illegal racial discrimination.
