How to Compress Files on a PC or Mac

On Windows:

  1. Right-click the file or folder.
  2. Select Send to → Compressed (zipped) folder.
  3. A new ZIP file will appear in the same location.


On Mac:

  1. Right-click (or Control-click) the file or folder.
  2. Select Compress "[filename]".
  3. A new ZIP file will appear in the same location.

FAQs

I have a file or video to upload, but the file type isn’t supported. What can I do?
If your file type isn’t accepted by the form, you can compress it into a .zip, .rar, .gzip, .gz, and .7z archive and upload the compressed file. Alternatively, you can include a download link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.) below so we can access the file directly.

My file is too large to upload. How can I send it?
If your file is over the size limit, we recommend compressing it first. You can also upload it to a cloud service (e.g. WeTransfer, SendGB, uFile.io, Dropbox) and share the download link in your message.

Can I submit anonymously?
Yes. While we encourage you to provide your name and contact details so we can follow up if needed, you may choose to remain anonymous. Simply leave those fields blank.

Will my submission be kept confidential?
Absolutely. All submissions are handled with strict confidentiality. Your personal information will never be shared without your consent.

Can I submit more than one file?
Yes. You can upload up to 10 files. If you need to send more, you can either compress multiple files into a single .zip archive, include links to download the files, or submit an additional form.
