VIDEO INSIDE CIA: Project Manager Says Execs and Directors of CIA Withheld Information From Trump

BREAKING: CIA contractor states Former CIA Directors Gina Haspel and Mike Pompeo “would keep [information from Trump]” and admits the CIA continues to spy on President Trump

Amjad Fseisi, a CIA contractor working for Deloitte Consulting, implicated the highest levels of the intelligence agencies in a conspiracy against President Donald J. Trump agreeing on undercover cameras that “the agencies…all got together and said, we’re not gonna tell Trump…Director of the CIA would keep [information from Trump]…”

Boasting “We monitor everything” and “we also have people that monitor his ex-wife.  He likes to use burner phones,” Fseisi stated intelligence agencies used FISA to spy on then sitting United States President Donald J. Trump and his team

Fseisi said about the CIA “We steal it [information]” and “We don’t share information across agencies” because the CIA is “very reluctant” to share information with the “careless” NSA

In our most shocking undercover footage yet taken by an OMG American Swiper, a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) contractor, Amjad Fseisi, holding top-secret clearance with access to highly sensitive information confirmed the claims of investigative journalists Matt Taibbi, Michael Shellenberger, and Alex Gutentag (collectively TSG) about a CIA conspiracy to spy on President Trump.  Based on multiple credible sources, TSG reported United States intelligence agencies, including the CIA, illegally mobilized foreign intelligence agencies to target and manipulate Trump advisors even before the summer of 2016.  Unless authorized by a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant, which as the name implies was only permitted to obtain foreign – not domestic, intelligence on domestic soil, such actions would have been illegal.  Eventually, the acquired intelligence was used to justify the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) official probe, “Crossfire Hurricane,” which in turn led to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation which ultimately did not find evidence of Russia collusion by the 2016 Trump campaign.  TSG reported that in addition to the Mueller Report, in 2018, the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) released a 243-page report clearing Trump and his team of Russia collusion allegations during the 2016 election.  House Republicans made a deal with the CIA to place their documents supporting the HPSCI report inside a safe within the CIA’s vault.

While declaring to the undercover OMG journalist, “This conversation didn’t happen,” Fseisi explained that he possesses top secret clearance called “TS/SCI,” a subset of top-secret clearance that is required for access to highly sensitive information known as Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

As a decades long CIA contractor, Fseisi described being well-connected to high level officials.  He said he is a program manager working on cyber operations for Deloitte Consulting, based out of the CIA and National Security Agency (NSA) as a contractor specifically in the China Mission Center of the CIA, which addresses the threats of an increasingly adversarial Chinese government.  Fseisi’s stated work for the CIA and NSA while working at defense contractors Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman illustrates the public-private partnership between intelligence agencies and defense contractors.  He also averred working for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) where, rather ironically, he helped assemble the Insider Threat Program which set up programs to detect actions by insiders who may represent a threat to national security.

Confirming the CIA spied and continues to spy on President Trump and his team, Fseisi exclaimed, “Of course, we are.  Nothing goes by without somebody watching.”  In fact, Fseisi stated, “we also have people that monitor his ex-wife.  He likes to use burner phones” – information only an insider with access to highly sensitive information would state.  Even more outrageous, Fseisi disclosed that two former CIA directors, Gina Haspel and Mike Pompeo, colluded with other intelligence agencies to withhold information from President Donald Trump while he was sitting President and Commander-in-Chief saying, “We kept information from him” and “There are certain people that would…give him a high-level overview but never give him any details.”  Fseisi claimed it was not just the CIA but many agencies that kept information from Trump saying, “Everybody.  Yeah, they would just not share anything with him.”

TSG explained in their reporting, misuse of FISA and the weaponization of the intelligence agencies for political purposes likely constitutes election interference.  Fseisi specified exactly this when he said the intelligence agencies used FISA to spy on Trump and his team to find evidence Trump was “a Russian asset.  He’s owned by the fucking Russians.”  Instead of focusing on the threat posed by the increasingly adversarial Chinese government, Fseisi obsessed over already disproven allegations of a Russia collusion claiming “The Russians tried to help him” win the 2016 election.  At one point during dinner, Fseisi curiously stated about the 2024 presidential race, “He’s [Trump’s] not going to get in a real election again,” but he did not elaborate as to what he meant by this.

Fseisi explained the intelligence agencies obtain information by using human and cyber sources which “We steal it [information]” by hacking: “We hack other countries just like that.”  Fseisi said countries are never friends as even allies steal information from each other regularly.  Internally, Fseisi described a broken “cavalier & territorial” relationship between the CIA and NSA where the CIA is “very reluctant” to share information because the NSA is “careless.”  He realized it is a problem that “We don’t share information across agencies.”

When James O’Keefe caught up with Amjad Fseisi on the streets of Washington, D.C., Fseisi could not tell O’Keefe whether he had top secret clearance, denied making statements clearly caught on camera, and would not even confirm it was him on the video saying only “It looks like me.”  When asked directly if he works at the CIA, Fseisi said, “I can’t tell you that.”

Contractors like Fseisi hold the duty to withhold sharing confidential or national security information.  In denying his statements, Fseisi may have realized he could be held liable for violating internal agency provisions and federal laws like the Executive Agency ethics provisions, which restrict what he may share with others outside of his contracted-to agency.  Additionally, any government worker or agency head who withheld information from a superior (i.e. President Trump) may violate: (a) obstruction of justice by deception (18 USC 1512); (b) conspiracy to obstruct (18 USC 371); and false statements (18 USC 1001).  Agency regulations may also provide offenses related to insubordination, reflecting poorly on the agency in public, or misrepresentation or dishonesty.

Taibbi, Shellenberger, and Gutentag observed one of the main motivations for the intelligence agencies targeting Trump and his advisors was to create a cloud of suspicion over Trump.  OMG’s investigation shows the cloud of suspicion should really loom over the intelligence community.  It is clear additional investigations into Fseisi’s statements are required by the government.

OMG reached out to the CIA for comment on this story.  Chelsea Robinson, Press Secretary for the CIA Office of Public Affairs responded.

CIA COMMENT: The official appears to have been terminated as a result of our reporting today. When the CIA was asked for comment, O’Keefe Media received an exclusive statement on the record from a CIA spokesperson today: “These claims about CIA are absolutely false and ridiculous.  CIA is a resolutely apolitical institution that provides intelligence support to policymakers including the President of the United States, irrespective of who occupies the office.  We are a foreign intelligence focused Agency and do not monitor the former President.  The individual making these allegations is a former contractor who does not represent CIA.” In the video which was taken last week, the CIA official waves his intelligence community green badge. Green Badges are specifically hired for those contracted by the agency. Kash Patel, former Deputy Director of National Intelligence, said “An individual possessing a contractor Green badge is only allowed to lawfully possess it while official employed as a contractor to the intelligence community. Upon any termination, credentials are returned to the home agency and destroyed immediately.”
