VICTORY: Federal Judge in Southern District of New York Denies Project Veritas’ Attempt to Block O’Keefe From Deposing Remaining Board Members

The federal judge has also rejected Project Veritas’ motion to bar James O’Keefe from attending the depositions.

Additionally, the judge dismissed the unfounded allegations of “witness intimidation,” affirming O’Keefe Media Group’s right to request comment on matters uncovered in the course of our investigations.
