O’Keefe Media Group has exposed Christopher Segal, a middle school English and theater teacher in Clark County School District, who admits to breaking district rules on student pronouns and actively ‘coaching’ kids on coming out.
“I’ve had kids ask me, like, coach them on coming out [as Queer].”
“I break the law [Nevada District Law] and still call kids what they want me to call them [Pronouns].”
“They [Kids] come out [as Queer], and I’m like, ‘awesome.’ They know I’m queer.”
The teacher described navigating conflicts with parents by prioritizing student affirmation over family notification. When parents discover their child is being supported elsewhere, “then they’re pissed,” said Segal. His response to concerned parents: “If you had a better relationship with your child, they would trust you to tell you… Don’t come after me because I support them.”
Christopher also shared with our undercover journalist how he let students vote weekly on his Friday eyeshadow color, confirming a female student once had a crush on him (documented in her journal), and openly stating he is ‘pushing’ identity exploration:
“Everyone should be a little gay, everybody.”
Mx. Segal also expressed frustration with Black students displaying “MAGA” sentiments, questioning why they would support Trump: “Why are you MAGA kids?”
This investigation highlights ongoing parental concerns about ideological activism in public schools, secret social transitions, and teachers placing their personal agendas above district policy and family authority.
